USPTA's Career Development Program offers tennis teachers the educational opportunities to excel in their field and strive for personal excellence both on and off the court. The program provides education and certification pathways to those who work or aspire to work within the profession. The education pathway is composed of pre- and post-certification opportunities, culminating with the specialist degrees.

The certification pathway is composed of the different certification levels, culminating with Master Professional. The Career Development Program includes two pathways (click here to view). These pathways work together to create a system through which skills are learned and tested throughout a professional’s career. It also allows members to participate in continuing education and ultimately achieve advanced professional ratings.  more
